We’re delighted to welcome back Ian Thomas, a paramedic whose talk in October 2025 captivated everyone with its honesty, humour, and extraordinary stories.
This year, Ian will take us behind the scenes of the remarkable work carried out by lifeboat crews, sharing what he and his colleagues face in all kinds of weather. His talk will include illustrations and real‑life insights into the challenges and heroism of emergency work at sea.
