Happy Valley Open Space and play area
Happy Valley is owned and managed by Crewkerne Town Council and is popular with families and young people. it has benefited from a number of enhancement projects that has helped to make it the hub of community activities it is today.
In April 2011, an £130,000 enhancement project was completed. New equipment including a cantilever swing, cone climber, cable runway and multi play unit were installed. At the same time a floodlit Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) was added.
In October 2016 a new skatepark was added. A group of young people calling themselves ABSIC (A Better Skatepark in Crewkerne) and the Town Council. worked together on this project.
Getting There
By car via South Street and Kithill. Park near St Bartholomew’s School and take the footpath alongside the school which leads into the park.
