Happy Valley is owned and managed by Crewkerne Town Council and is popular with families and young people. it has benefited from a number of enhancement projects that has helped to make it the hub of community activities it is today. ​

In April 2011, an £130,000 enhancement project was completed. New equipment including a cantilever swing, cone climber, cable runway and multi play unit were installed. At the same time a floodlit Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) was added.​

​In October 2016 a new skatepark was added. A group of young people calling themselves ABSIC (A Better Skatepark in Crewkerne) and the Town Council. worked together on this project.

​Getting There​

By car via South Street and Kithill. Park near St Bartholomew’s School and take the footpath alongside the school which leads into the park. ​

  • Have a go at the skate ramps​

  • Dogs are permitted, but please keep your pets under control and pick up after them. ​
  • Wheelchair accessible. ​
